The Caponord 1200 supported with four stroke 90° longitudinal V twin engine 1195cc. Double overhead camshaft with mixed gear/chain drive; four valves per cylinder. 3 maps Ride-by-Wire System. The Caponord 1200 has a manually adjustable shock absorber in spring preload and in rebound hydraulics as well as a completely adjustable USD fork rebound, compression and spring preload system with one-by-one technology.
On the Caponord 1200, efficiency and reliability reach new heights thanks to the Ride by Wire system which provides smooth power delivery even from low revs with instant throttle response from mid range to top. In addition to offering two-channel ABS and Traction Control (aTC ) with different three settings (each of which can be deactivated), the new Italian maxi enduro features completely digital instrumentation which includes a speedometer, rev counter, an overall and two elapsed distance odometers, fuel level and coolant temperature gauges, engine mapping (S,T,R) and gear indicator, aTC level and heated handgrip status (optional extra).
Caponord 1200 using suspension Ø43 upside-down Sachs fully adjustable with one-by-one

For the braking system, the motorcycle is powered by Double stainless steel floating disc (Ø 320 mm). Four-piston Brembo monoblock radial calipers. Metal braided brake line. 2 channel Continental ABS system with aprilia Traction Control (aTC) that can be turned off separetely, in front brake, and rear brake using the Stainless steel disc (Ø 240 mm) with Brembo single piston caliper.
